“I lived at the Whitworth/Doheny property and loved every second of it. Gated, tons of security features, luxurious kitchen and bathroom, in-unit laundry (YES!!!!), garage, beautiful views, location…the list goes on. My unit was (to me) the best unit in the building (top corner unit), but I have been in almost every unit in the building, and they are all equally nice!

Do you want a new built-in? Eli will buy/build it and install it…for free. He knows that additions like these add functionality and therefore, future value. So instead of thinking about the bottom line or bare minimum, AriDan Properties understands that upgrades and improvements keep tenants happy and pay off for him financially, as well.

There were few issues (leaking garbage disposal and light bulb out). Issues were addressed within 24 hours…completely fixed with no additional work or $ from me.

Turnover in the building happens, but many of the tenants have been there for years and years….and years. The people who moved out while I lived in the building all left for out-of-state work transfers.

The real reason I sought out AriDan Properties was their pet policy at this location. (I assume his pet policy is the same at all AriDan listings, but not positive.) To me, the pet policy was EVERYTHING. I am a great tenant, very quiet, pay my rent early, yet I kept getting the cold shoulder from every other landlord I met. I was the perfect prospect to other landlords until I mentioned my large breed-restricted pup. Eli gave us a chance. He was not turned off by the idea of a dog, reported he loves dogs, and welcomed us with love…not discrimination and ignorance as so many others had. Now this does not mean he lets dogs run around, bark, incessantly and destroy things. Eli met Violet and saw that Violet was a gentle and loving dog and that this dog was my family. As promised, Violet turned out to be a great tenant, and Eli was able to recognize it.

With all of that said, part of the magic of AriDan Properties is that good energy attracts good energy. So negativity and inability to be happy need not apply. Yes I could hear my neighbor sometimes…but it’s an apartment building! My current and previous buildings were all way louder. There was no yelling, unnecessary slamming, barking, loud music, or random visitors. The tenants were all respectful professionals who engaged in conversation when I wanted and allowed lots of privacy, as well. It was a beautiful balance of privacy and community. And again, good energy brought fantastic neighbors who were all kind, understanding, and reasonable. So if you fit that description, love beautiful modern dwellings and prefer management you can text and who responds immediately…then I would highly recommend renting with AriDan.”

Besides the lovely contemporary aesthetic, the real winner here is Eli, the landlord/owner.  Not only does he keep his properties in pristine condition, he truly cares about his tenants.  I actually signed my first lease because of how much I trusted Eli.  I don’t want to give specifics b/c they are personal, but he was a lifesaver for me over and over again.  Most tenants I met had lived at his properties for YEARS!  I only moved b/c I finally found a house.  I cannot recommend Eli and his properties with any higher regard.  OH!! And the showers!  I am not sure if all the properties have these epic showers but 2 of mine did and they were my sanctuary!  If you have the chance to live at one of his AriDan properties, DO NOT PASS IT UP!!!!!!!!”
